your letter No. 53687/39 of the 22nd December transmitting
a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong
regarding the proposed construction of a storage reservoir
in the Tai Lam Chung Valley.

a similar capacity for the scheme now proposed and we
enclose a copy of their reply dated the 3rd January.
